科研领域
膜蛋白是细胞感知环境、进行物质交换与信息传递的核心分子机器。本课题组聚焦于受体、离子通道等重要膜蛋白，综合运用结构生物学、电生理学及单分子动力学方法，致力于从原子尺度到系统层面阐明其工作机制，并针对特定靶点开展计算机辅助虚拟药物筛选与体外筛选，以推动新型药物的发现与开发。
